About WOPEE CBO

Our Story

Women for Poverty Eradication and Education (WOPEE) CBO is a registered grassroots organization based in Isiolo North, Isiolo County. Since our inception on 30th August 2019, we have been dedicated to uplifting the socio-economic and educational status of women, youth, orphans, and vulnerable children in marginalized communities.

We are driven by the belief that empowered women are key agents of social transformation. WOPEE creates safe spaces and sustainable systems for women to thrive through practical initiatives such as table banking, education programs, and advocacy on gender and climate change issues.
